Our client, a leading bakery company is currently seeking to recruit a STORE MANAGER would be in charge of leading and developing the store team, holding the team accountable for results, meeting company and store goals and objectives, overseeing and improving operations.

Job Description

Job requirements • Meet store sales targets and goals. • Create an efficient weekly staffing schedule • Train all store team members • Order all store inventory and products • Track store inventory daily, weekly and monthly • Verify delivery of products is accurate • Interview, hire, schedule and train all store team members • Any other duties necessary to achieve successful store operations • Handle Social Media Enquiries and close sales MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: • 2-3 years’ experience as a store manager • Bsc/HND in any related field • Organized, results/goal oriented, and ability to multi-task • Ability to attract, hire, train, and retain a strong team Interested and qualified candidates should send their cvs to recruitment@resourceintermediaries.org using “STORE MANAGER” as the subject of the mail.
