Our client, a leading bakery company is currently seeking to recruit a STORE MANAGER would be in charge of leading and developing the store team, holding the team accountable for results, meeting company and store goals and objectives, overseeing and improving operations.
• Meet store sales targets and goals.
• Create an efficient weekly staffing schedule
• Train all store team members
• Order all store inventory and products
• Track store inventory daily, weekly and monthly
• Verify delivery of products is accurate
• Interview, hire, schedule and train all store team members
• Any other duties necessary to achieve successful store operations
• Handle Social Media Enquiries and close sales
• 2-3 years’ experience as a store manager
• Bsc/HND in any related field
• Organized, results/goal oriented, and ability to multi-task
• Ability to attract, hire, train, and retain a strong team
