The role of the HR Manager is to provide support to Managers and Supervisors in the day-to-day administration of
Human Resource Policies and Programmes in a Unit.

• Regular audits to safety standards and regulations of the Factory are adhered to.
• BSC in Human Resources (compulsory).
• Five (5) years minimum HR experience in the Manufacturing sector.
• *Experience working in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems environments*
