Job title: Group Head, Human Resources Management Location: Lagos Industry: Financial Institution Job Requirements •Drive HR Strategies within the company •Overseeing and coordinating all Human Resources duties •Partner with senior and middle level managers in strategy conceptualization, formulation and execution. •An agent of continuous transformation, shaping processes and developing a culture that together improve the organization’s capacity for change. Minimum Qualifications • Bsc in any Social Science field or any other relevant course. • ACIPM/CIPD/PHRi/SPHRI or any other relevant professional body is an added advantage. •Minimum 10 years relevant experience in human resource management(preferably from financial institution).
