Job title: Facility/Business Development Manager Location: IBADAN Industry: Facility Management (Training rooms, virtual offices, board rooms) Our client, a leading facility company located in IBADAN is currently seeking to recruit a Facility/Business Development Manager who would be in charge of managing the facility and also ensure there’s constant usage of the facilities such as (board rooms, training rooms and lounge etc.) Job requirements • Maintain existing customer relationships, establish new ones. • Responsible for identifying, developing and expanding income generation opportunities for the company. • Develop & nurture a network in the area, which will be of potential financial value to the usage of the facility. • Identify customer needs and proactively seek to meet them in the most efficient and effective way. Minimum Qualifications • Bsc in any related field. • 1-2years experience in sales/facility management • Excellent organizational and leadership skills. • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
